酰基辅酶A硫酯酶7(英语:Acyl-CoA thioesterase 7)是一种在人类中由ACOT7基因编码的酶。[5][6][7][8]
该基因编码酰基辅酶家族的一个成员。编码的蛋白质水解棕榈酰辅酶A的辅酶A硫酯和其他长链脂肪酸。该基因表达的减少可能与内侧颞叶癫痫有关。编码具有不同亚细胞位置的不同异构体的选择性剪接转录变体已经被表征。[8]
