硫代乙酸-S-乙酯是一種有機化合物，化學式為CH3C(O)SC2H5。它可由乙醯氯和乙硫醇在氯氧化鉍催化下反應製得。[2]它和碘苯、鋅粉在鎳鹽、聯吡啶催化下反應，可以得到苯甲酸-S-乙酯和苯乙硫醚。[3]
