伯恩哈德·拜爾（德語：Bernhard Baier，1912年8月12日—2003年4月26日），德國男子水球運動員。他曾代表德國參加1936年夏季奧林匹克運動會水球比賽，獲得一枚銀牌。他也參加了1935年學生運動會。[1]
