库内鲁铁路事故为发生于2017年1月21日的铁路事故，一列车次18448的希拉克汉德列车由贾格达尔普尔驶往布巴内什瓦尔，行经安得拉邦库内鲁时脱轨，造成41人死亡，68人受伤，当时列车上乘客约600人[1]。

事发列车为柴油机车牵引9辆铁路客车，于当地时间晚间11点左右脱轨[2]，3辆客车完全脱离轨道[3]，另有一些客车撞击其他轨道的铁路货车[4]，主管当局表示有部分伤亡系因脱轨后，乘客欲逃生时踩踏而造成[5]，救援人员迅速赶到事发现场进行救援[6]。
