PFA年度最佳女子青年球员（英语：Professional Footballers' Association Women's Young Player of the Year），是英格兰职业足球运动员协会（PFA）从2013–14赛季开始颁发的奖项[1]，旨在表彰在英格兰足球联赛中，表现最出色的二十三岁或以下球员[2]。得奖者每一年由英格兰职业足球运动员协会的会员投票选出[3]。

首位PFA年度最佳女子青年球员是效力利物浦的后卫玛塔·哈里斯（英语：Martha Harris (footballer)），而2022–23赛季的得主是效力车路士的前锋劳伦·詹姆斯。
