MYO1C是一個位於人類17號染色體上的基因，編碼一種隸屬肌凝蛋白超家族的蛋白肌凝蛋白-Ic（Myosin-Ic）。MYO1C編碼的肌凝蛋白-Ic是一種非典型的肌凝蛋白，與編碼肌凝蛋白-1的MYH1是兩種不同的基因。肌凝蛋白-Ic位於細胞質中，但肌凝蛋白-Ic的一種異構體位於細胞核中，與RNA聚合酶I（英語：RNA polymerase I）、RNA聚合酶Ⅱ引導的轉錄起始有關^[5]^[6]^[7]。
