烏茲別克斯坦飲食

烏茲別克斯坦飲食是指烏茲別克斯坦人民的飲食習慣。 [1]烏茲別克人經常吃麵包、麵條以及抓飯[2] 當地人還喜歡吃羊肉牛肉吃的也比較多,有時也吃馬肉以及馬肉製成的香腸[3]。不過當地人不怎麼吃山羊肉[4][3]蘇聯時代馬鈴薯被引入烏茲別克斯坦。[5]
