處方縮寫詞列表是醫學處方中常用的基於拉丁文術語的詞頭縮寫。其中的大寫、句點'.'的使用是可選的版式風格。

列表中不包含處方中常見的藥品的縮寫。

列表中紅色條目是在美國不建議使用，褐色條目是其他組織不建議使用。
