穆罕默德·迪亞布·易卜拉欣·馬斯里（阿拉伯語：محمد دياب ابراهيم المصري‎，英語：Mohammed Diab Ibrahim al-Masri，1965年8月12日—2024年7月13日），較廣為人知的是其化名穆罕默德·戴夫（阿拉伯語：محمد ضيف‎，英語：Mohammed Deif，後者意為「客人」[5]），是巴勒斯坦地區哈瑪斯的卡桑旅領導人。

他生於加沙地帶汗尤尼斯難民營。1990年加入哈馬斯。[6]1995年起開始策劃殺害以色列士兵和平民，他也因此成為以色列軍方的「頭號通緝犯」。[7]他也因為從事暗殺行動而失去了一隻眼睛，手臂也落下殘疾。[8]2014年，他的妻子、7個月大的兒子和3歲的女兒在以色列的空襲中喪生。[9]2015年9月8日，美國國務院將其列入恐怖分子名單（英語：Specially Designated Global Terrorist）中。[10][11][12]

2024年5月20日，國際刑事法院檢察官卡里姆·艾哈邁德汗申請逮捕戴夫[13][14]。8月1日，以色列軍方確認，戴夫在以色列軍隊7月13日的空襲中死亡。[15]8月15日上午，哈馬斯高級官員奧薩馬·哈姆丹接受美聯社採訪時表示，戴夫安然無恙。[16]最終亦於同日下午宣布戴夫在空襲中死亡。
