帕諾米芬（INN：Panomifene；開發代號：GYKI 13504和EGIS 5650）是三苯乙烯基的非甾體選擇性雌激素受體調節劑（SERM），與他莫昔芬相關。該藥物在1990年代由Egis Pharmaceuticals和IVAX藥物研究所開發為抗腫瘤藥物，用於治療乳癌，但從未上市。^[1]^[2]^[3]^[4]^[5]^[6]它在開發終止之前達到了II期臨床試驗。^[2]該藥物於1981年被描述。^[1]
