大头缺鳍鲶（学名：Kryptopterus macrocephalus）为辐鳍鱼纲鲶形目鲶科的一种热带淡水鱼，其种加词“macrocephalus”意为“大头的”。分布于亚洲印尼、马来西亚与汶莱淡水流域，体长可达9.7公分，栖息在底中层水域，生活习性不明，可做为食用鱼及观赏鱼。
