《1890年精神错乱法令》（英语：Lunacy Act 1890；53 Vict. ch. 5） 是英国国会的一项法令，为1890至1959年英格兰及威尔士的精神健康法律奠定了基础。[1]该法令订定地方机关有义务维护精神病院。[2]
