希腊沙律酱希腊语Τζατζίκι土耳其语发音:[dʒaˈdʒɯk])是东南欧中东地区当地人食用的一种蘸酱以及酱汁。它是由盐渍脱乳清酸奶或稀释的酸奶[1]黄瓜食盐橄榄油,有时还加上柠檬汁,以及莳萝薄荷欧芹百里香草本植物混合而成[2][3][4]。它可以作为冷开胃菜英语Hors d'oeuvreMeze英语Meze)、小菜,也可以作为希腊烤肉卷英语Souvlaki希腊旋转烤肉三明治和其他食物的酱汁[5][6]
