第十七次动员令正式收官
中文维基百科第十七次动员令所有复核及颁奖工作已经于1月6日22时（UTC+8）结束。以下是本次动员令的总结报告：
第十七次动员令总结报告
致全体维基人：
首先，祝大家新年快乐！预祝大家春节快乐！各位在去年（2019年）7月6日至9月8日间参与第十七次动员令的维基人，感谢各位的参与和付出！
今天，我们终于又离2019年远了一些：我们在2019年没有完成的事情，终于在2020年的第一周里结束了。今天，我们终于可以正式就于2019年7月6日至9月8日间在中文维基百科上举办的中文维基百科第十七次动员令，做一正式的总结。
一、条目数量和质量
本次动员令总贡献条目922条，与上届（第十六次动员令，2018年）基本上持平。在65日的动员令期间内，平均每天即有14.18个合乎标准的贡献被提交；折算到每位报名成功的参与者上，则是每人6.63个条目。
922条贡献中，212条属于对已经有的条目的改善工程。从第十四次动员令起展开的改善工程计划，对维基百科的整体质量的提升起到了一定帮助。710条属于新建条目，占到同期中文维基百科净增的8,179个条目的8.68%——或者更直观一点，动员令举办的65日里，每约11.5个新建的条目中，就有一个条目符合动员令的各项标准，并且参加了本次动员令。
本次动员令共产生60篇优良条目、54篇特色列表和3篇典范条目。本次动员令产生的优良条目数量和特色内容（特色列表和典范条目相加），皆是历届动员令之最。特色列表评选改革，激发了社群创建相应内容的极大热情，使得本次动员令期间特色列表出现了井喷式增长。
本次动员令是史上第一次对自行制作并贡献的多媒体项目进行额外鼓励的动员令。380余张照片和自制原创图片、7段视频和20篇有声条目，极大增加了维基百科条目的广度和深度，充分发挥了线上百科全书交互性的优势：在铽化合物条目中，读者可以看到有关化学反应的全过程；在天津博物馆条目中，读者足不出户就能看到她的馆藏，这使得相关条目变得更直观、更亲近读者。
条目的质量和数量并重，一直是动员令的指导方针。一个充斥着低质内容的维基百科，对人类认识世界、求索新知没有任何作用，反倒适得其反。本次动员令相比往次，提高了对参考资料的要求。中立观点是维基百科的支柱，而可靠来源则是支柱的基础，一个没有可靠来源的条目遑论其更高层次的发展；事实也证明了，对参考资料的更高要求不仅没有影响动员令的开展，对广大参与者条目质量的整体的促进也是立竿见影的。
二、参与者
本次动员令共吸引了164人报名参与，其中139人提交了一条合乎标准的条目，完成了报名；126人完成了本次动员令，占成功报名者的90.65%，是除去整个社群都相对谨慎的时期举办的第十二次、第十三次动员令以外，有数据可证的历次动员令中完成率最高的一次。
本次动员令共有27位新编者（报名参加本次动员令时加入维基百科不足半年或做出编辑不足1000次的编者）完成了动员令；还有一些新编者虽然没能完成动员令，但他们也收获了一定成长。在此我们想特别对这些没能完成动员令的新编者给予一点鼓励。动员令不是维基百科的全部，维基百科社群随时欢迎您为人类知识的宝库做出有益的贡献，相信当下一次动员令召开时，我们能看见更好的您。
与新编者遥相呼应的，则是常青树的默默付出与担当。本次动员令诞生了一位第十三次完成动员令的编者，以及一位四度获得良将头衔（三次完成动员令）的编者。这些长期为维基百科付出的同仁，确实是我们这些后进者的楷模和榜样。
本次动员令开设了7个中小动员令，在各个主题之下，都涌现了一批富有专业精神和奉献精神的编者。有的编者，在单个主题下提报20余条贡献，豪取2,000余积分；有的编者将一个条目、几个条目写到自己所能写作的最极致，也获得了社群的最高评价；有的编者身处在西欧某国，于是该国的大小城镇，条目质量皆得到了长足的改善，有了实景图片，也有了更详细的介绍。本次动员令有7人积分达1,000分以上，最多者积分达3,391分；8人贡献20条以上，最多者贡献61条。事实再次证明：维基百科不是互煮出来的，是无数维基人用可靠的来源编织成的缜密的思维网络搭接而成的，而在建设维基百科这个问题上，比张开大嘴努力说更有力的，永远是撸起袖子加油干。
本次动员令是主持人最多的一次，共有11人担任主持人职务。主持人团队来自中国大陆、香港、台湾、新加坡等地，所处的环境不同、思维方式各异、时间及日程安排也各不相同，而且一个团队人越多越不容易形成共识，但本次动员令的主持人团队克服了各种困难，坚持以动员令规则为准绳，以服务广大参与者为指南，坚强的完成了本次动员令的主持人工作。尤其是来自香港的三位主持人，在香港极度混乱的社会局势下，仍然认真负责的担起动员令主持人的重担，并顺利完成有关工作，令人敬佩。
本次动员令评审的效率相比往届有了明显提升，除了主持人增多的原因以外，更重要的原因是有热心的维基人主动承担起制作自动评审程序的任务，并应用在本次动员令之中，极大提升了评审效率。在此我们再次对这位维基人对本次动员令开展所作的的突出技术贡献表示感谢。
总结
第十七次动员令最终还是落下了帷幕。总结报告已经写好，头衔和完成证明已经发放。回首从去年（2019年）4月开始，在筹备、进行、总结各个阶段，整个社群的同仁各抒己见、各尽所能、集思广益，才换来了本次动员令的完全成功。在这里，我们作为本次动员令的主持人团队，再次感谢整个社群对本次动员令的支持，尤其感谢本次动员令参与者们的参与和贡献。
斗转星移，岁月变迁。崭新的2020年已经来临，我们都在时针跨过12的那一刻，许下了新的愿望，定下了新的目标。新的一年，会有新的时事等着我们关注，新的人物等着我们叙写，新的概念等着我们介绍——当然，也会有第十八次动员令，等着我们参与——但更重要的是，我们在这一岁岁的轮回流转中，作为一个百科全书编者，以中立客观的观点去书写，以温和友善的语言去交流，合力将中立、全面、准确的知识，交给整个中文社会。我们相信，我们做得到，大家做得到。

Images, videos and audios representing different forms of folk cultures and new forms of heritage that haven’t otherwise been documented so far are welcome submissions in Wiki Loves Folklore.
