安德魯·巴塞維奇(Andrew J. Bacevich Jr.;/ˈbeɪsəvɪtʃ/;BAY-sə-vitch ;1947年7月5日—),是美國史家,致力研究國際關係、國家安全、美國外交政策以及美國外交軍事史。巴塞維奇是波士頓大學弗里德里克帕蒂(Frederick S. Pardee)國際研究學院國際關係及歷史學名譽教授。[3]巴塞維奇也是美國陸軍裝甲部隊的退休軍官,以上校軍銜退役。巴塞維奇曾任波士頓大學國際關係中心的主任(1998年至2005 年)。[3] 巴塞維奇是昆西國家事務研究所的共同創辦人。
巴塞維奇是美國占領伊拉克的批評者,稱伊拉克占領是場災難性的失敗。[4] 2007年3月,巴塞維奇稱布希的「預防性戰爭」是「不道德、不被容許和不謹慎」。[4][5] 其子安德魯·約翰·巴塞維奇 (Andrew John Bacevich) 也是名軍官,2007年5月,在伊拉克戰爭中陣亡。[4]
